Green Mountain's Taiji and Gung Fu programs strive to stabilize the Yin and Yang energies found within our physiology. A student will learn to find external and internal balance, through diligent practice. The Yin (soft, yielding) energy and Yang (hard, active) energy move through our nervous system, cardiovascular system and muscular system. Strong physical, emotional and spiritual health is gained, when balance of the Yin/Yang energy is found, thus leading to a long and healthy life free from pain, illness and disease.

"Training at Green Mountain Arts connects the student with a natural healing process..Boosts the immune system, Slows the aging process ..Lowers blood pressure ...Reduces anxiety, depression fatigue and overall mood disturbances and..... Minimizes the effects of chronic conditions such as allergies and asthma and improves breathing function."

PHILOSOPHY
We focus on developing and balancing the "Three Treasures" Jing, Qi and Shen
Eliminate toxic qi (stress) while nourishing Jing "Inherited energy" Qi "life energy" and Shen "Mind energy"
