TIGER CRANE FIST GUNG FU

The Tiger represents dignity, ferocity, sternness, courage, and by itself is Yang energy-a symbol of protection while the Crane represents (Yin) is known for longevity and auspiciosness. With the Crane's lightness and evasive manor matched with the Tiger's powerful advancing movements and appetite for high energy, the natural blend of Yin and Yang will become realized and practiced by the student.
